CHECK-IN

Check-in time is any time after 2 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with government issued identification. We will make every effort to honour special requests specific rooms, early check-in etc, upon your arrival. However, the availability of these requests cannot be guaranteed in advance. The Motel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the Motel who do not follow or comply with Motel policies.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 10.30AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 AM on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

CREDIT CARDS

Liberty Plains Motor Inn accepts VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX. NO Third-party credit cards, unless arranged prior to your arrival with management.

RATE QUOTE AT CHECK-IN

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date and length of stay. Rates quoted are based upon check-in rate and length of stay. Sorry, no refunds for late Check-Ins or early Check Outs.

SMOKING POLICY

Liberty Plains Motor Inn is a smoke-free facility. There is a $250 fee for smoking.

Cancellation Policy

All our online bookings are non-refundable 100% FULL amount will be charged at time of making a booking. [due to Covid 19 pandemic situation we are very happy to amend your reservation free of charge up to 90 days from the arrival date, *conditions apply]

Liberty Plains Motor Inn reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
